Ladaakh: A Heaven of mingle of Wildlife

If you are a fond of wild animals or of traveling in forest then go to ladaakh for a beautiful and immense wild culture. Really it draws your attention towards the impressive landscape but the wildlife is creeping around at the back of them. Here you can see a snow leopard, golden eagle, Bactrian magpie it is the most characteristic bird of Ladaakh.

As Ladaakh is without a doubt a paradise of birder and here you can spent a few evenings looking at redstarts, finches and robins. You can also head to the lakes where some of the migratory birds were confined. As well as At Pangong Tso and Tso Moriri you can prospect a few gulls and also can have a look of ducks rare black necked cranes. The mountains had extended themselves into a green carpet.

The national bird of Kashmir is a huge whitish grey bird and has a black head, red crown scrap, black upper neck and legs and a white patch in the vicinity of the eye. The black necked crane is one of the rarest in the world and a pair was sighted way back in 1976 by famous ornithologist Salim Ali. But these far above the ground altitude birds do have a religious significance in Buddhism as well.

The furry creatures were approximately sleepy as they had just emerged from their long hibernation. Even they have their own monastery and festival in Bhutan where they return every year. So ladaakh is a heaven where you can find mingle of living creatures.
